Commission & Payout Policy
Understand when referrals become qualifying earnings
Current commission offer
The current program advertises 25% of qualifying initial and recurring subscription payments actually received and verified while a referral is eligible and the program is active. Approximately $2.50 may be earned on an eligible $9.99 monthly payment. A cancelled customer subscription earns no further commissions unless an additional qualifying payment is actually received. Cancellation alone does not refund an already-paid billing period.
Attribution
Approved Partners receive unique referral links. Tracking uses a stated 30-day attribution window, subject to cookie settings, browser restrictions, and platform limitations. Clicks and registrations do not themselves earn commissions.
Commission statuses
Pending commissions are provisional. Approved, paid, and reversed statuses reflect verification and subsequent adjustments. A displayed amount is not necessarily immediately payable.
Adjustments
RacoonStocks consumer subscriptions are generally nonrefundable, subject to applicable law and any discretionary exceptions under the consumer Terms of Use. If a qualifying subscription payment is subsequently refunded, charged back, reversed, or found to be fraudulent or erroneous, the related affiliate commission may be withheld, adjusted, or reversed. Duplicate and self-referrals or prohibited promotions do not qualify.
Payout availability
Automated payouts are not currently enabled. Payment methods, thresholds, schedules, and tax document requirements will be announced before payouts begin. No specific payment date is promised at this stage.
Taxes and records
Partners are responsible for their own tax obligations. The Company may request legally required tax information before making payments.
Changes or disputes
Future rate changes will be communicated and applied prospectively as described in the Affiliate Program Agreement. Use Partners support to raise questions about a recorded referral or commission.
Draft for legal review. Applicable rights and requirements depend on the actual services, data practices, and jurisdiction.
