Affiliate Marketing Guidelines
Promote confidently, accurately, and transparently
Be clear about commissions
Disclose your financial relationship whenever you recommend RacoonStocks using affiliate links. A simple example: “I may earn a commission if you subscribe through my link.” Place disclosures prominently near endorsements and links, including in social or video content where appropriate.
Describe the product accurately
Use current, verifiable product claims. Do not guarantee profits or investment returns, promise that a stock will reach an estimated value, or present research estimates as certain outcomes.
No personalized advice on our behalf
Do not claim to offer individualized investment advice as a representative of RacoonStocks. Make clear that valuation tools provide research information, not guaranteed outcomes.
Use branding responsibly
Use approved names, logos, and creative assets without alteration that creates confusion. Do not represent yourself as an employee or official spokesperson, or register confusingly similar domains or accounts.
Respect audiences
No spam, fabricated endorsements, fake reviews, misleading headlines, coercive marketing, unauthorized trademark advertising, or traffic manipulation. Follow platform policies and applicable marketing laws.
Disclose across formats
Consider disclosures in website posts, emails, videos, livestreams, social captions, and stories. A disclosure hidden only in a profile biography or legal footer may not be adequate.
Questions and review
Contact the Partners team if you are unsure whether a promotion is appropriate. The Company may request corrections or removal of misleading materials.
Draft for legal review. Applicable rights and requirements depend on the actual services, data practices, and jurisdiction.
