Your account, access, and responsibilities
Who operates Partners
RacoonStocks Partners is operated by Southern California Strategy Partners LLC (“Company”). These terms govern access to the Partners website, application, and dashboard. Participation in the commission program is separately governed by the Affiliate Program Agreement.
Eligibility and accounts
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and notifying the Company of suspected unauthorized access. Signing up creates an account, not an approved affiliate relationship.
Application and access
Applications are reviewed before referral links and commission features are activated. The Company may request clarification, decline applications, or restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, or program integrity.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, misuse referrals, misrepresent your identity, submit fraudulent activity, or use the platform unlawfully.
Program relationship
Approved participants act as independent promoters, not Company employees, agents, or legal business partners. The Affiliate Program Agreement controls commission eligibility, referral attribution, payment adjustments, and promotional obligations if a provision of these account terms conflicts with it. Consumer subscriptions remain governed by the separate RacoonStocks consumer Terms of Use.
Availability and changes
Service features may change or be temporarily unavailable. The Company may revise these terms, with notice of material changes where appropriate. Access may be suspended or terminated for violations, fraud, or legal risk.
Liability and legal rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or particular earnings. Nothing here excludes non-waivable consumer or statutory rights.
