Affiliate Program Agreement

1. Participation
This Affiliate Program Agreement (“Agreement”) governs participation in the RacoonStocks affiliate program operated by Southern California Strategy Partners LLC (“Company”). You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate application information, and receive Company approval before promoting as an affiliate. Approval is discretionary and may be revoked.
2. Referral links and attribution
Approved affiliates may share their unique RacoonStocks referral link. Referral tracking uses a 30-day cookie, subject to browser settings and technical limitations. A referral must be attributed to a new customer account and recorded in our system. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fabricated activity, and attempts to overwrite other affiliates’ referrals are prohibited. Clicks and signups do not themselves earn a commission.
3. Commission structure
The currently offered commission is 25% of qualifying subscription payments actually received and verified by the Company (approximately $2.50 on a $9.99 payment). This rate applies to both qualifying initial and recurring subscription payments while the referral remains eligible and the program is active. Commissions may be reduced, reversed, or withheld for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, errors, or prohibited conduct. The Company may change future commission rates upon notice; any change will apply prospectively.
4. Commission status and payment
The dashboard may show pending, approved, paid, or reversed commissions. Pending earnings are estimates, not amounts immediately payable. Payout methods, minimum thresholds, payout schedules, and required tax documentation will be announced before payouts are enabled. No automatic affiliate payouts are currently offered. Applicable taxes and required tax reporting are the affiliate’s responsibility.
5. Advertising and disclosure
You must clearly and conspicuously disclose that you may earn a commission from recommendations, including on social media and in other promotional content, as required by applicable laws and FTC endorsement guidance. Do not claim to be RacoonStocks staff or imply that the Company endorses statements it has not approved.
6. Prohibited promotions
Do not use spam, misleading or deceptive claims, fake reviews, trademark-confusing domains, unauthorized paid ads using Company trademarks, coupon or incentive schemes not authorized by the Company, or unlawful marketing. Do not promise investment returns, guaranteed outcomes, or personalized financial advice on the Company’s behalf. Marketing must be truthful and comply with privacy, consumer-protection, and advertising laws.
7. Brand and materials
Company grants approved affiliates a limited, revocable, nonexclusive permission to use approved RacoonStocks names, links, and marketing materials solely to promote the program. All intellectual property remains with its owners. The Company may request changes or removal of marketing content at any time.
8. Records and privacy
Referral tracking may use cookies and collect limited information needed to attribute visits, registrations, and eligible payments. Affiliates receive aggregate and limited referral information, not customers’ private billing details. Affiliates must protect data they collect and comply with applicable privacy rules.
9. Suspension and termination
Either party may stop participation at any time. The Company may suspend or terminate an affiliate for suspected fraud, abuse, inaccurate representations, violation of this Agreement, or legal risk. Qualifying commissions properly earned before termination remain subject to verification and adjustments; fraudulent or prohibited commissions are not payable.
10. Changes and availability
The Company may modify or discontinue the program and update this Agreement. Material changes will be communicated through the program or by email where feasible. Continued participation after notice of changes may require accepting revised terms. Service interruptions or tracking limitations may affect reporting.
11. No employment relationship; limitation of liability
Affiliates are independent promoters, not employees, agents, or partners of the Company. Neither party can bind the other. To the extent permitted by law, the program is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or specific earnings. Neither party waives rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
12. Contact and acceptance
Questions about these terms may be directed through RacoonStocks support. By selecting the acceptance checkbox and submitting an application, you affirm that you reviewed and agree to this version of the Agreement. The Company records the accepted version and date/time for its records.
